FedMedian

FedMedian is an interactive choropleth map of U.S. counties that visualizes economic metrics over time. A year slider spans 2007 to 2025, layering Census SAIPE median household income, Zillow median sale prices, and a derived price-to-income affordability ratio onto quantized TopoJSON county boundaries. Clicking a county opens a detail panel with the underlying numbers.
